Page Tabs added to Top Bar not showing up

I have added 2 page tabs (also in Main Navigation Menu) to my Top tab menus but they are not showing up. How can I do this because I want to move them out of the Main menu?

I'm not exactly sure I understand what you mean by "tabs".
To clarify: Did you mean widgets?
Also, Can you link us to the site in question? So we could have a better idea of how the site looks.

Yes, I mean tabs. The main navigation menu has tabs - Home, Types etc. I want to move 2 of those tabs (About and Blog)from this menu bar into the Top Bar location. I have actually gone ahead and made the changes under "Customize", but the both the About tab and Blog tab do not appear in the Top Bar.

I've checked the top and it actually doesn't have any markup in it.
Can you tell us how you've added these tabs?
Are you using any custom code or shortcodes from any plugins?

No code. I only use Customize. I selected the Top Bar and added the two pages

are you using a Navigation Menu Widget in the Top Bar?
Do I need to? I thought I could add them directly under CUSTOMIZE just as I did for the Main (Primary) menu.
The Top Bar is a widget area, so the easiest method is to create a new menu for your top bar and display them using a Navigation Menu Widget.
