Page Speed Insight Score is Quite Low

Hello,
i have a quite low pagespeed insight score for mobile devices (score about 60 for mobile devices)
i also already check my site with GT Metrix but the results are also not very good.
what can i do to fix it? i have tried the autoptimizer plugin also.
Hi there,
you will want to focus on reducing the number of requests your site is making - a large amount of which are related to adverts / pixels.
The other issue is your server has fairly long waiting times
