Page specific sub -menu

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to build something that looks like this page, but have it custom and specific per page rather than a global menu?

I’m referring to the grey sub menu that is only visible on a few pages and isnt a global subnav.

You could theoretically use the Secondary Nav add-on, and then use a plugin like to show/hide menu items on specific pages: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/if-menu/

Ahh right on. I have been digging through WordPress plugins all day trying to find something.
I’ll check that out and see if it will work for me.
