Page Source showing long time edited keywords

Hey guys.
I just noted from the current updated post I did few weeks ago am seeing things keyword in page source that were edited and updated. Simply page source showing outdated detailed. what could be the problem. Here is an example (https://thegadgetsjudge-com/top-3d-printing-trends) I updated and deleted the terms "Top 3D Trends In 2020" why are they visible in page source?

the Post title is set to: Top 3D Trends In 2020 - as you're using an SEO plugin make sure the title tag has been updated there.
