Page scroll hover effect

Hi,
Have you considered building page scroll hover effect to theme. Like ex. when you scroll to section, element in sections would come to display as animated?

That sounds more like a page builder option than a GP Premium option.
We try very hard to keep the theme/premium plugin lightweight, non-bloated by adding options that are useful for the majority of our users.
Things like animations would require some sort of javascript and that would definitely slow GP down too much.
Always appreciate suggestions though :)
