Page offset on load

Good day!
When I enter or return to this page https://malynevskyi.com/vidguky/, the template shifts for a second and then returns to its original position. All other pages are working correctly.
Can you suggest what is the reason and how it can be eliminated.

I am using Chrome browser on Windows 10.

Hi there,
i am not seeing a shift on Chrome, if i slow the network down to Slow 3g i do see a flash of unstyled content... this happens sometimes if the CSS order is messed up when optimized. Does the issue remain if you disable your cache plugin?

Disabled caching plugin, flickering problem remained.

There seems to be a problem when using the Regenerate CSS File
After disabling Regenerate CSS File, the problem disappeared.
When I re-enabled the cache, the problem reappeared.
Have you checked with the Cache plugin author what the issue is ?
