page not rendering correctly

Hi,
I've been experiencing this issue randomly where the page appears broken when viewed from the frontend. Everything looks ok inside the gutenberg editor. I usually resolve the issue by recreating my blocks on a new page. But this time i wish to figure out what's wrong. Here's an example:

If i copy the same exact code to a new page, it displays fine on the frontend:
https://libryapp.com/tester/
