Page menu -> Sticky menu

Hi
I would like to reproduce a zocdoc menu functionality, if possible.
The 'internal' page menu of a web page of a specialist/doctor becomes the sticky menu of the page when users are scrolling down - for both mobile and desktop.
What's more, this happens exactly when the top of the page scrolling down meets the internal menu.

yeah thats really rather clever, but really complicated, its not something we have a solution for and would need custom development.
Yes, I imagined that's not something quite common :). It was a nice thing to have.
