Page looks correct in preview but messed up live

I have been struggling with a block that is behaving weird all day.
I have chcked the container & block structure and as far as I can see the bottom container shuld be looking the same as the preview just like every other container on the page.

check in an Incognito browser - as it looks ok on my end:
Thanks but now I am really confused the screen grab i took where it is messed up is from an ingognito browser chrome :S
Hmmm.... could be cached by the Router or the ISP.
Do you have a another network you can test ?
AAAAH brilliant thank you. I could not figure that out at all. I tried it on my laptop using my phone as a hot spot and it I saw what you seee. Problem solved. Thanks so much
