Dear Support Team,
I have a query in which I want to disable the featured image on the singe post. And want to use a single image in the middle of the post through embed block. Now my curiosity is that – which one will load faster and why? – post with a featured image or the post with the same image embed to it? – Please through some light on it.

I would assume the difference is minimal.
The best way to tell is to run your site through speed test in both cases.
