Page keeps scrolling

Hi,
When consumers complete the application page and press submit the page keeps scrolling and doesn't take them to the paypal page to make a payment. Please advise.

Hi there,

This wouldn't be a theme issue.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Hi there,

You should make a copy of your site for testing/staging/development purposes.

This is so the live site is unaffected when we do tests for debugging.
