Page keeps blinking, flickering

It does have pro on it but I think it is looking for the button from the local template library. On the flickering. I’ll have a bit more of a play around with it and see if I can find anything useful to report.

The button coming from the library shouldn't matter - once it's inserted it's no longer connected with the library. My guess would be a custom attribute was added using Pro.
