Page Hero on woocommerce shop page

Hi!
we are using page hero (elements) on a new website. This works well except for the shop page (/produkte).
It doesn't show the page hero there.
Could you please have a look?

For the shop page, the elements display rules should be Product Archive - give that a go and let us know.

Hey hello, i got the same Problem with my Site, but setting the Display Rule to Product Archive wont help, the featured image is not showing up.
I set the rule to
General (every page on site)
Product Archive
Product Category Archive
Site -> Sitename
but none of that helped :/ i know without a link there is no chance for help, but am i allowed to post urls here?
By default WordPress doesn't allow a featured image in any archives such as shop and posts pages etc.
You will need to create a header element using a custom image instead of a featured image as the background.

Thank you very much Leo, that did the work. Ive created an extra Page Heade Element for the Shoppage with an image attached, so everything is fine now.
