I am trying to make a page hero on my woocommerce product categories pages, looking at these examples: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-hero-examples/. I followed step by step instructions. Unfortunately, I can not load any images or template tags, nothing. It just doesn’t work. Where am I wrong?
The only thing I am not sure is about the message” DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT is defined. You should also disallow PHP execution in GP Hooks.” Instructions provided here are totally confusing for me: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disallow-php-execution/
Please help.
ThanksMarch 30, 2019 at 4:57 pm #854653TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
That message you’re seeing only existed in our old Hooks module.
Are you using Elements now?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/elements-overview/

I talked with my hosting company related to that message. They fixed it. But I can not use at all Page Hero under Elements. I did step by step all settings on one of your examples, but nothing happens on the front end. Nothing! I could give up, but I don’t want to. I am stuck here since yesterday, instead of doing anything else. Because I know GP is awesome. But I am tired of trying again and again and again…April 1, 2019 at 2:26 am #855536DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
would you allow us temporary admin access to the site so we can see what the issue is?
If so you can send login details via the Account Issue form:

Please add the URL of this topic to the form so we can track.

I just send credentials using your contact form.April 1, 2019 at 3:07 am #855568DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
so if you check now you will see the Page Header on the Product Categories. Two things:
1. Your Bot Header was being applied to the Entire Site. Being the first header added it will override any other Headers you add after it. Which would mean you would have to exclude the Product Archives from the Bot Header…. I have saved it as a draft to stop the conflict.
But this type of code should not be added using a Header Element. Add it to a Hook Element instead. And then delete this header. This will stop the conflict as well.2. To display on the Category Pages you use the
Product Category Archive
