Page Hero Image not Appearing

I just noticed that the background image for the page header at Miramichi Flash is not appearing behind the site title and tagline. I even tried changing the image, but that had no effect.

the image request is being made to this URL:
https://miramichiflash.miramichireader.ca/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/bc-coast-1290x300-1.jpg
And if I Right Click > Inspect your site to open the developers tools i see that image is not loaded with this error:
Failed to load resource: The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be “miramichiflash.miramichireader.ca”, which could put your confidential information at risk
Looks look the SSL cert for that server has expired.
Might be simplest to replace the image with one hosted at your current domain.
I tried replacing the image with a new upload (https://miramichiflash.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/bc-coast-1290x300-1.jpg) and it still doesn't display. I also cannot change the colour of the site title and tagline via the Page Header Element.

That links need to be linked to an image and not OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.
I would recommend re-uploading the image and changing the name of the file.
I uploaded a new file with a different name and still no joy. ☹
Did you select that newly uploaded image in the customizer as well?
