Page Hero does not show up

Hi, I have added a page hero in the elements, but it does not show up in the in the single post layout.

What have I done wrong ?
Hi there,
You have another Header Element which is set to Merge the content. This is currently being displayed everywhere. You will need to edit this and exclude the locations you want to use on your new single post header.
