Page Header Image

I have tried everything to get the page header image to show up. http://0c6.005.myftpupload.com/ I followed the forum suggestions to set the page template back to default(which it was blank) but still nothing shows. This is a fresh install. What am I missing?
So when you upload an image and save, the image disappears from the page header meta box? Can you show me a screenshot of the meta box possibly?
Only possible thought is that I uploaded the theme - then uploaded an older version for gp-premium. Then deleted that plugin and downloaded the latest version to upload.
I now see there is a button to "turn on background image". I guess I assumed the image was being automatically uploaded as a background. thx
