Page Header Width

I've set up a Global Page Header Element for the entire site excluding the home page. I've set the container and inner container to Full Width but it doesn't go any wider than 1400px. Changing the Customiser container width only increases the width of the navigation.
I've set another hero image Element for the Home page and that is full width, no issues there, but even with the same settings the Element for the remaining pages won't go full width.
Any ideas?

Your page itself is not set to full width.
You can use a layout element to make the pages to full width:

Yeah I added a site wide layout element with content full width and its still the same.
