Page Header video - overlay color opacity

I am utilizing the Page Header video for my homepage, and I wanted to set the opacity of the overlay color.
I would like to tone down the color in my video, but only by about 10 or 15 percent.
I will have to experiment with the right opacity, but would you have the CSS that I can add to my child theme?
