Page Header - Using "Content" tab makes image not load

Page header is working great. Except when I used the "Content" tab. If I type text into the Content section, the page header image no longer loads on the site, just the the text.
When I remove the text, the Page header image loads again. Any thoughts?

Hi there,
The image and content won't show up at the same time unless you choose to use the image as a background for the content by selecting that option.
