Page Header Titles with Thrive Architect

Hi
Hope you can help. Newbie here. I've created a global page header in Thrive Architect but my blog has long titles and they don't cross over 2 lines and replicate on the same line making them unreadable. Example https://www.always-wandering.com/crazy-horse-climbing-guide/

Also i have a plugin called menu image which allows me to display the logo in the middle of my menu. however the top and bottom is cropped off. I have increased the padding on the logo and also made white space on either side but neither works. Can somebody help me with this.
