Page header options

I have 2 different installations of GP (both updated to latest version) and on one I have full page header options on a per page basis like so: https://cl.ly/431X1f0j1L2g on the other it's just a dropdown to select a page header. Do you know why this is? Is it a setting?
Hi Robert,
If you have existing page header already before the update they will show up as per page basis.
For new pages without the page header there will be a dropdown selection.
Let me know if this makes sense.
