Page header only on the home page

Hello,
I have a premium version, I would like Page header to be displayed only on the home page (this is a movie).
My second question:
How do you remove the main page string from Page header? because it overlaps the movie which is placed in the header.

Page header is per page basis setting so it should only be on the page you assigned to it using the layout metabox:

You can remove the the page title by removing this in your page header:
