[Support request] Page Header Missing from Menu can't add video

I’m having some issues adding some video to a page header on a separate stand alone page called Video Production.
On looking at the video it mentions the Page Header menu to the left of the WordPress menu, I firstly don’t have that although GP Premuim is installed?
How do I rectify this issue?

Can you make sure both GP theme and premium are both up to date? That option has been moved recently.

The theme is 1.4 amd the add ons are 1.25? Would that be correct?

That seemed to work, but now struggling to get a video to plat full width across my site header, I’ve even added the Vimeo link which won’t play full width either? Any suggestions?

The video has to be in one of the supported formats for now – .mp4 being preferred.

Thats fine, uploaded an MPEG4 and it tells me it exceeds the size limit, is there a limit through GP?
