Page Header Full-screen image and meta slider

Hey, has anyone found a good solution to having a fullscreen slider on a page header? I'm trying lots of plugins but they all need some customization to get them to work. What I'm looking for is a slider that allows me to put custom html on top of a fullscreen image - if GP could do that natively, that would be amazing.

Smart Slider is my favorite and it definitely let you add HTML on top of the sliders. Not sure about full screen, that might be in the pro version.
Sliders are definitely plugin territory and won't be included in GP unfortunately.
