Hi there,
Can you first confirm you are using the latest free theme version 2.1.3 and latest premium plugin version 1.6.2?
If you are then can you try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts?

Then I will be able to do the debug process.
Hi there,
the Page Header module is deprecated in GP 1.7 - the old Page Header module would only have been visible whilst you had legacy page headers.
The Elements module now includes the new version of page headers. Tom provides an overview here:
If you need to activate Page Header in 1.7, you can add this to your wp-config.php file:
define( 'GENERATE_PAGE_HEADER', true );
No man. if Legacy header works same then no need.
Thanks for your help...
You're welcome :)
Hi there,
Look for the background colour in the image https://www.staymeonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/Screenshot-24.png
I am not able to choose the colours when I click on the colour option nothing happens. How to solve this?
That's strange, there must be some sort of plugin conflict.
Any chance you can deactivate your other plugins one by one so we can isolate it?
Yes, This is very strange...
Let me check which plugin is creating the problem...
Hey, I got the plugin...
It was Insert Post Ads, I removed and all things are working good.
Thanks for your support
