Page header confusion on page settings

Hi when I edit a page I am getting the message 'No Page Headers found. Want to create one?' at the bottom of the page settings on the edit screen for a page. But I do have page headers that are displaying as expected.

Is it not possible to choose/disable a page header from that edit location (I'm sure it used to be)?

Do ALL add/exclude location settings for an element have to be done from within the add/edit Elements screen.

Hi there,

the old Page Headers were deprecated in place of the Elements module - you should find those in Appearance > Elements -> Legacy Page Headers.
