Page Header bug - Safari & Chrome

On a few versions of Safari & Chrome on Windows there is a bug where the page header does not do full screen even though it is set.
In my case, laptop (15.8" screen), Windows 10, Google Chrome, Version 55.0.2883.87 (64-bit)
In another case, Macbook Safari v.10.0.1 (11602.2.14.0.7)
Can you link me to the site you're seeing the issue on?

If you run that in browserlab or similar, you will see on certain browser versions there is an issue.
Hmm, not seeing anything wrong on this side.
Can you show me a screenshot of what you're seeing?
