Page Header and Others missing from GP Premium 1.7.1

Page Header, Hooks and Import/Export missing are missing from my install of GP Premium 1.7.1
Hi there,
This should help when it comes to Page Headers and Hooks: https://generatepress.com/gp-premium-1-7/
Import/Export is always active in "Appearance > GeneratePress" now, so there's no need to activate/deactivate it.
