Page header always on top in Admin

Hi Tom,
I'm using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) in my GeneratePress themed website.
I would like to place the Page Header option on top of ACF fields by default instead of sitting under my ACF fields.
Is there any function available to fix this?
I assume you're talking about the meta box? You should just be able to drag and drop it above.

Yes, I meant the metabox, but is there a way to show it on the top most position by default without having to drag it?
If you re-position it by dragging it, it will save that position for your user account from now on.
