Page Footer Layout Not Following Defaults

There is a select group of pages on the site that are not following the default footer layout options. I have the global defaults set to:

Footer width: full
Inner footer width: contained

All pages are the site are working properly except a select few that are not being displayed as a full footer. They are being contained. All the affected pages are set to use the default page layouts.

Also, the HTML is slightly different on these pages where the footer DIV is inside the page DIV. The rest of the site that is displaying properly has the footer DIV appearing after the page DIV.

What should I do to fix these pages?
