[Support request] Page attribute area missing

Hello, I am using your “Classic” theme, and I can’t locate the page attribute area to designate the parent page for a page. I use your parent theme for another website and have no problem with that. Can you tell me how to troubleshoot this?

Hi there,

the Theme doesn’t affect whether that meta box is displayed.
Could you check for a plugin conflict by temporarily disabling all plugins and then clearing any caches. Then check the page editor.

I have disabled all plugins except GP Premium and cleared all my browser caches and I still don’t see the page attribute area. Perhaps it’s in another area? I appreciate any help.

Can you click the 3 dots icon on the right top corner of the editor?

Then go to preference > panel, does the Page attributes option is toggled?

Ok, that was the issue, Thank you! I didn’t have to do that for the other theme. Do I have to do that for every page I create? I am planning on creating a lot of pages for this site. Thanks again!

This is a WP option, GP doesn’t interfere with it, it should not be a theme-specific issue 🙂
