Padding questions

2. The first image is embedded by using a shortcode gutenberg block. Can I tweak the image padding here to get it aligned with paragraph section (left and right, ideally for desktop and smartphone)?
3. The following paragraph section created with standard gutenberg block. Can I tweak the image padding here to get it aligned with first image section (left and right, ideally for desktop and smartphone)?
