Padding problem on mac operated safari and chrome browsers

Hi,
I have an unusual situation. My customer reported that they see incorrect padding on submenu items and buttons.
They sent me screenshots. I use windows computer but I see no problem on all browsers. When they check the site on mac
computers and safari and chrome browsers the padding is wrong. Couldn't figure out. Can you please help?

it looks like the Font is corrupted.
What happens if you temporarily switch the Customizer > Typography > Body (Base) font to something different ?

I added Roboto font, it looks ok now, why is it corrupt? I added the fonts from media library and did all steps described in your documents.
Is it possible for you to check my admin?

It could be an issue with the font files.
Or just the way the browser interprets the file. I can see you're only loading Truetype fonts - which to be honest aren't the best for web work.
I would recommend acquiring the .woff and .woff2 versions of the font to eliminate either a .ttf or corrupt file problem.
