Padding or margin coming from somewhere but not sure where?

Trying to reduce the empty space on this page. Pls see the video below:
Hi Ian,
The site seems to be using a Block Element - Content Template applied to the first post of the loop.
On this Block Element, the Grid block's Column containers have padding-bottom applied to them. Try reducing this value.
It seems the dynamic image block was adding a lot of padding or margin. Thanks for your help Elvin.
