    Yes, I have header elements created, but they are not assigned to any pages. Do you think I need to delete the header element? I’ll deactivate sg optimizer now.

    Only header elements? No Layout elements added at all?

    If so can you keep everything disabled and send me the dashboard access?

    You need to set that option in the screenshot to Default.
