Yes, I have header elements created, but they are not assigned to any pages. Do you think I need to delete the header element? I'll deactivate sg optimizer now.

Only header elements? No Layout elements added at all?

Can you try setting it to Default as I suggested quite a few times before?

You need to set that option in the screenshot to Default.
