Padding Issue

Hey,
So I needed to reduce the padding between my primary navigation and my H1. These are for my static pages I am using as category archives. I suspect the gap is because I have left the Title of the article empty because I have added the H1 in my page hero banner. So how do I reduce this gap?
Also, I am using WP-show posts to display the posts by category. How do I get it to look like the reference page I have added in the private information?

the site has a Header Element set to display on the pages, you will find them in Appearance > Elements.

Find the one set to Display on Pages and delete it.
