Padding Help

Hi
Just purchased this and trying to switch from current theme.
I have a padding between my header and below contents that I can't seem to get rid of on every page. you can view here http://www.atexflooring.ca
I'm trying to have zero padding from header to below contents like this pic here
Just wondering if anyone has any tips please. I took all the padding to 0 in settings.
Also I tried to use sections after activating it but some features are not responsive, like choosing headline etc...not sure if there's a conflict from the other page builder. I have Page Builder by SiteOrigin installed

Try disabling the Content Title:

Sections is a sort of a page builder itself so it shouldn't be used with a page builder plugin.
You should be able to achieve the sections layout by just using the page builder only.
