Is it possible to create the following structure for the content which is full responsive

Hi Andreas. You said this was for single.php. Are you trying to break up a post's content into different containers based on some criteria? Or does the post content go in one container and the other containers hold other information, like ads?
Are you just wanting to put your content into columns? If so, this plugin should help: https://wordpress.org/plugins/lightweight-grid-columns/
