[Support request] Override template not working

Good,
We have tried to override a template following the plugin’s own instructions: (https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-products-compare/) but the changes do not take effect.
Is there a problem with overwriting templates or something I should add?
I’ve tested and put the template in several places in the child theme, but it never shows up.
Can you tell us anything about this or give us a thread to pull from?

not sure what you are referring to, based on the link you provided, it seems just a plugin.

Have you tried uploading the .zip file as a plugin?
