You could use our GenerateBlocks plugin: https://generateblocks.com
That would allow you to create a Container block in your content and give it a background color + padding.
Hi there,
Tom suggestion is to install GenerateBlocks.
In your Post editor, add a Container Block - edit its Spacing > Padding and its Background color.
Then insert a text block.
