    Hi there,

What is your PHP limit set at currently?
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/increasing-php-memory-limit/

Can you check with your hosting support to see if they can help to identify the issue?

    Let me know 🙂

    Hi Leo
my hosting support have answered the following :

“The website and wp-admin dashboard both are working fine at our end. As your website is hosted on a shared server, so global changes cannot be made on the server.
Please note that WA does not allow custom PHP changes on the shared server.”

    Thanks for your advice

    And their latest message ….

“Please note the global PHP file cannot be edited on the server as number of sites ate hosted on the shared server environment.

We would suggest you to try using another theme for your site so that your issue will be resolved.
Please make sure you take the website backup first before switching the theme for a safer side.”

It seems deactivating “Yoast SEO” plugin solves the issue.
    Does that make sense ?

Hmm not really – we are using Yoast in this site and it’s also one of the more popular plugin among our users.

    256 should be plenty.

Question – do you get this issue when using a Twenty Series WP themes?
