[Support request] Otter – Page Builder Blocks & Extensions for Gutenberg

I just noticed that the plugin “Otter – Page Builder Blocks & Extensions for Gutenberg” was enabled on my WordPress with GeneratePress theme.

Is this part of the GeneratePress regular or Premium installation? If so, do I have to keep it enabled if I’m using GenerateBlocks?

The reason I’m asking is because I noticed that the LiteSpeed plugin was automatically installed by cPanel although I didn’t request it. And I want to make sure this is not the case here.
