Other pages to be the same as home page format

Hi, I am using the MyPet template. I would like the rest of the pages to follow the same design/format as the Front page. Is there an easy way to do this? If yes, how?
Thanks
Mel
Hi Mel,
You can copy the entire page content and paste it to a new page, then you just need to switch images and text.
Here's a video show you how to do that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsT1UOzZUgI&t=69s&ab_channel=GeneratePress
Or
You can use a duplicating plugin to duplicate pages :)
Hi Ying,
Thanks. I would prefer to edit the actual page template so that when a user adds a new page he/she is already getting the new design, instead of having to duplicate a page. is that possible?
If this is not possible, could you please recommend a good duplicating plugin?
Hi there,
you will need a duplicate post plugin, and this one works well:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/
I personally would use the New Draft option it provides instead of the Clone option.
Hi, thanks duplicate-post is great! Is there a way to change the layout so the featured image in settings would always be placed on the right side of the text content?

Sorry not sure if I fully understand. Is this still related to replicating the home page?
The home page doesn't have a featured image added.
Let me know what I'm missing :)
Sorry I changed things since my first post and now I want to use a template for all the pages other than Home. If I start a new page and add a featured image then it is at the top center by default, with content text underneath and heading above. I would like the featured image to be placed on the top right side of the text content on the page.

In that case, can you start a new topic and link us to the page in question?
Thanks.
Ok thanks
No problem :)
