Other font like dafont

Good morning team,
Is it doable to use another font like a font from dafont within GP theme?
I can place a font in a child theme and call the CSS of the font in a wp_head elements hook and assign in CSS the font.
But not sure what the best way to do this now with latest GP version.

Yes, it should be doable.
