Excuse the confusion. I want the comments to be nested exactly as shown in the screenshot. Currently it looks different with me, of which I attach another screenshot.
The question is, can I show it as nested?

They should be nested like that by default. Can you link us to your site?

Are you using a plugin for the comments? Can't tell because you have Autopimize on.

Looks a bit different than the default style which you can see at the bottom of the page here:

So I figured out. The comments are nested. It's because of the CSS changes.

But even without these CSS changes, the comments are not nested as desired in the screenshot. They are then nested exactly as here: https://generatepress.com/generatepress-2-1/

I hope you could see the difference between the comments in the link and on my screenshot (what they should look like).

And I don't use any comments plugin.

Not quite seeing the differences of how they are nested unfortunately.

Can you provide a little description?
