Order post in categories

I need a little help from you.
As far as I understand, WordPress defaults to sorting category posts by date...most recent to oldest. The question is, where and how can I change this. I don't want to do it with plugin.
Currently in this category https://dietadelhuevo.com/recetas-con-huevos/ Is not loading the post by date to as it should be.
What am I doing wrong?
What order are the posts being listed?

At the moment it doesn't show them in any order, it seems that it is random...when publishing a post it appears mixed with the rest of posts.
today I published 2 post, however they do not appear as last post.

I managed to solve the problem, now the posts are shown in descending order. Thank you very much for the support.
