order of displaying elements in desktop / mobile devices

Hi guys,

thank you for the wonderful work you do.

I have a problem defining the order in which elements appear in mobile devices on this website I'm working on: https://paulaboegel.joro.xyz/

in red you can see the sequence the elements should have in the mobile version.

By changing the display order in the 'mobile' tag, the order also changes in the desktop version.

What am I doing wrong?
