Option to clear logs

Trying to reduce the size of my database..don't have a clue how to do it. My host (siteground) advises the following if I want to clear logs. Not sure if this applies to Generate Press:
"Check your website’s settings for an option to clear the logs and store them in a file. It is possible that there isn’t such an option and you should contact the website’s developer for further information."
website is thecatholictravelguide.com, using latest GP premium.

Log cleaning is not something the Theme does or should do.
Its generally a featured of a security plugin, like iThemes security or WP Cerber.

I decided to use advanced database cleaner plug-in. Seems to work just fine.
