Hey there – I am wanting some image sizes (photos) to be W750px by H563px. And they need to be very high definition across multiple devices without slowing page load.
What is the actual pixel size I should create these images?
to take advantage of 4k and Retina Screens you will want to double the amount of pixels eg. 1500px x 1126px.
But more pixels equals more KB.
There are some good Desktop Compression apps out that will help make the files smaller.
I use ImageOptim which is for the Mac Only, but here they provide some other OS alternatives:
